KENNY DAVIS, BS
Counseling Intern
I believe that people should be treated equal and understood as everyone has their own perspective and journey. I will help you find a path in life that fits you best, discover and enhance in your strengths, and give you tools to deal with life's stressors. I also believe the improvement of family/social dynamics will lead to positive outcomes in your mental health. My philosophy is strength-focused and trauma-informed while also utilizing physical fitness and mindfulness. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy in my practice.
I enjoy working with many diverse groups of individuals and families. As someone who is also neurodivergent, I have a deep passion for working with neurodivergent individuals as well as individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, emotional control, and trauma.

I would love to help you in the best ways I can and let you know that you are not alone on your journey through life despite if you feel different from others.

A Little About Me...
Coming from a family of athletes, I enjoy weightlifting, running (I run long distance races and marathons), hiking, and mountain biking. I consider myself an avid sports fans as I know about all history and every stat of the NBA and enjoy watching football (Go Blazers, Cougars, and Seahawks). I also am a huge comic book/anime/sci-fi nerd. If you like Dragon Ball Z, Bleach, Aliens series, Batman, Spider-Man, or anything else DC comic related, you’re going love me.

Individual Counseling
Individual Counseling is where people come to solve problems, grow, and change their lives in the direction that they think is best for them and their families. When people are stuck and they don't know how to stop certain behaviors, counseling can provide the skills they need to get them where they want to go in life.
